Due to the current City of Calgary water restrictions, our approach has been to keep the hot tub open for as long as water quality could be safely maintained, as we are not permitted to refresh or replace the water during this time. This approach aligns with the plan communicated for City-operated indoor hot tubs.
As of March 13, 2026 at 3pm, the water quality has reached a point where it can no longer be maintained within acceptable standards. As a result, the hot tub must be temporarily closed until the water can be refreshed.
While these circumstances are outside of our control, we understand this may be disappointing and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
It will be posted on www.rocklandpark-connect.com and RPHOA social channels once the hot tub can open for residnts again.
