Welcome to Rockland Park! As a resident of Rockland Park, you are automatically a member of the Homeowners Association.
The Rockland Park Homeowners Association (RPHOA) will be an example of how an outdoor inspired community can bring out the best in community – it will be the catalyst for healthy, fun, and vibrant living. The Rockland Park HOA will support connections and facilitate experiences for all ages and abilities as well as create a sense of belonging that will enhance the quality of life for the residents of Rockland Park. This vibrant HOA will offer a variety of amenities, services, programs/events, and benefits exclusively for Rockland Park residents.
Rockland Park’s Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit company, which is incorporated and professionally operated, managed, and maintained. The Rockland Park HOA will be responsible for community assets, such as: entry features and the Rockland Park HOA facility and Park (an exclusive community recreation centre) for the lasting enjoyment of its membership.
The Board is thrilled to share that construction of the RPHOA building and park (known as the Lodge) began this fall. This exclusive centre will include a main building covering approximately 4,750 square feet, sitting on a meticulously designed 4-acre site. The main building will be the primary entrance into the park and will include multi-use rooms, a kitchenette, gathering spaces, and family-friendly change rooms and showers. The exclusive park will provide activities for all seasons with an outdoor swimming pool that includes a 25-meter lap pool and family-friendly zero entry area, pool side cabanas, hot tub (year round), playground, central fire pit and gathering area, casual skate/adventure trail, hockey rink/basketball/modular skateboard area, pickleball courts, and amphitheatre.
A range of lifestyle and recreational programs, events, and drop-in activities will be offered when the HOA opens. Rental spaces and packages will also be available for private events. Residents will receive exclusive pricing on rentals and program registrations.

Surveillance Policy
The Rockland Park HOA does use Video Surveillance (VS) in all public areas of the facility and park. The purpose of the VS is only for the use of safety and security purposes. Our full policy is available here.
