Welcome to Rockland Park! As a resident of Rockland Park, you are automatically a member of the Homeowners Association.

The Rockland Park Homeowners Association (RPHOA) is an example of how an outdoor inspired community can bring out the best in community – it is the catalyst for healthy, fun, and vibrant living. The Rockland Park HOA supports connections and facilitate experiences for all ages and abilities as well as create a sense of belonging that will enhance the quality of life for the residents of Rockland Park. This vibrant HOA offers a variety of amenities, services, programs/events, and benefits exclusively for Rockland Park residents.

Rockland Park’s Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit company, which is incorporated and professionally operated, managed, and maintained. The Rockland Park HOA is responsible for community assets, such as: entry features and the Rockland Park HOA facility and Park (an exclusive community recreation centre) for the lasting enjoyment of its membership.

The Board is thrilled to share that construction of the RPHOA building and park (known as the Lodge) began in Fall 2023 and opened it’s doors on December 30, 2024. This exclusive centre includes a main building covering approximately 4,750 square feet, sitting on a meticulously designed 4-acre site. The main building is the primary entrance into the park and includes multi-use rooms, a kitchenette, gathering spaces, family-friendly change rooms, and showers. The exclusive park provides activities for all seasons with an outdoor swimming pool that includes a 25-meter lap pool and family-friendly zero entry area, pool side cabanas, hot tub (year round), playground, central fire pit and gathering area, casual skate/adventure trail, hockey rink/basketball/modular skateboard area, pickleball courts, and amphitheatre.

A range of lifestyle and recreational programs, events, and drop-in activities are offered throughout all four seasons!  Rental spaces and packages are also available for private events.  Residents receive exclusive discounted pricing on rentals and program registrations.
