A friendly reminder to all Rockland Park residents that the pro-rate 2024/2025 & 2025/2026 Encumbrance Fees are officially due on April 1, 2025. Residents have a 30-day grace period to settle accounts, with late payment fees being charged to all outstanding accounts on May 1, 2025. A monthly payment plan option is available via pre-authorized debit payments (PAD) by emailing the 2025/2026 PAD form (found on this link: https://rocklandpark-connect.com/forms/ ) to gm@rocklandparkhoa.ca.
