2026 Summer Program Guide

Beat the Heat with the Rockland Park Summer Program Guide!

You made it! The long, sunny days of summer are here and we are ready to celebrate with you! The Summer Guide classes officially begin the week of July 5 and there are activities to help the whole family beat the heat and have some fun in the sun! New this summer: the Paddle Mates Pickleball Club and a special week-long filmmaking class where kids will produce, direct and star in a group music video! We offer prorated registrations for all classes and a drop-in option for most of our adult classes, so it’s never too late to try something new!

We have your complete guide to fitness, connection and family fun this summer in Rockland Park: programs, events, clubs, workshops, value-added activities, and more!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Click the Summer Guide Cover pic below to view the entire menu of programming, then click the “Register for a Program” button at the bottom of the page to complete registrations.

See you at the Lodge!

It’s an especially good time to try one of our classes available for drop-in registration before signing up for the full summer session! Please call (587) 443-9597 to buy a drop-in pass for one of our Adult Fitness classes (excluding Pickleball For All)
