Let’s build water-confident kids, Rockland Park! Welcome to our Swim Guide for Summer 2026.
The Lifesaving Society is a full-service provider of programs, products and services designed to prevent drowning. Partnering with Benchmark Projects, we will be offering a variety of these swim classes for children aged 3-17 from July 5, 2026 until August 28, 2026.
There are maximum class sizes, but no minimums. In other words, all classes will proceed as scheduled!
Classes are offered specific to your child’s swim level and age. Please refer to the descriptions on in the Swim Guide to best match your child with a class.
Swim lessons will run in weekly sessions, occurring Monday to Friday for the 8 weeks listed below. You may register for as many weeks as you’d like!.
This year, registration will open to Residents at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Registration will open to Non-Residents at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
