As of January 22, 2026 the Leisure Figure Eight Loop is officially open once again!
Please note that the hockey rink remains closed due to unsafe skating conditions caused by the recent warmer weather.
With water restrictions officially lifted on the afternoon of Friday, January 16, 2026, the maintenance team is working diligently to repair and restore the rink as weather conditions allow. Significant portions of the ice have melted down to the cement, meaning the restoration process will require several consecutive days of temperatures below -10°C.
